suspect you have filter blocked or a foreign object in pump. put drain hose as low as possible in a bowl and drain as much water as you can undo filter but be carefull, water will come out in considerable quantities. clean filter check nothing stuck in pump impellor

Remove back panrl. Remove drive belt, remove 2 10mm motor bolts. Turn machine upside down. Remove bottom cover. Disconnect power lead to motor, disconnect earth lead, gently tap motor out with mallet. Brush mountings then accessible, remove and replace brushes.

Sounds like it is not rinsing properly.
If you have not already done so, then check the pump filter.
This is located at the bottom front right of basher behind drop down cover.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.

Plug
off the wall first. Remove the front
lower panel, screws underneath. Be
prepared for water, drain out from drain hose.
Check filter for clogging, clean out.
Sometimes when the load is unbalanced & the machine cannot
adjust
the load it stops. To avoid this make
sure your wash is mixed with big and small clothes.
If
this does not work remove the rear panel & check belt, should have
half
inch ‘give’. Still not good, remove belt,
unscrew 2 bolts that hold the motor, unplug the motor connector, lever
the
motor back with a screwdriver. Check the
motor brushes (at terminal end of motor), if they are any shorter than 1
cm
replace brushes.
