Every time i use it my back wheels work loose, i have to keep clicking them in again with my son in the pushchair not very safe!. At first i was told it was dirt in the wheels and the store where i bought it cleaned inside and said it would be fine, that was two weeks ago and the problem is worse than ever, they must fall off at least five times a day.
SOURCE: back wheels will not click
I had the same problem. It was a sort of buildup which was ammazingly problematic. I undid the small screws on the inside of the wheels (1 screw per wheel). Be careful because a spring and black plastic piece will fly out. then use a screw driver to push the gray wheel removal button. You will find that it seems sort of stuck. Clean inside the plastic chamber and the slider piece...I just used my fingers. Then you will see that it slides freely. Put the sliding piece in the correct position for when the wheel is removed...button depressed. Put the wheel on. Push the sliding piece with a screw driver so that the wheel is locked and the button is popped out. Put the spring back in and the black plastic piece back....hold it on and redo the screw. The wheel should be locked on. I am not sure if you would be able to remove it and put it on again...I think so, but I am not trying since I don't usually remove the wheels anyway. I hope this works for you too! Good luck!
SOURCE: one of the front wheels has come off my quinny buzz.
You may need a new one or at the very least perhaps a pin that holds the old one in. I recommend that you call the US distributors directly...

SOURCE: when pushing my quinny the back wheel starts to come of byitself
Hi Lisa - It could be that if there is dirt and debris on the wheel axel or inside the connection it would prevent the wheel clicking in properly. Remove both back wheels and give a wash in warm soapy water then dry thoroughly before putting back into place. Does the same side wheel fall off even if you swap the back wheels over? If this is the case it would indicate a chassis problem rather than a wheel problem. If it is the same wheel that always falls off it would suggest a wheel problem.
