therecould be a few things wromg simple fix, first check the float sounds like it has a hole in it take bolts out of bottom of tank an slide fuel pump an sending unit out there will be a arm that moves up an down on the end of thqt arm will be the float you can dip it in water to see if it floats or sinks replace if it sinks
If it's less than a year old, return it. The (fuse going to, or) the high voltage power supply board has gone in it. If it's not under warranty, a brand new 1606 color laser can be had right off HPs website for $149 right now (a little more than you pay for a toner). If you really love this printer though, I can probably source out a HV controller board.
Go to tv menu go to screen setting turn screen contrast to the max and screen brightness half midway point like 55.Tv real old like around ten years?Watches alots daily like 6 or 7 hrs a day?The tv CRT-(tv tube) might be to old,the radiation colors guns R,G,B insisde might not work as well as before.Have a reset setting in the colors setting?Go down to that press that,to restting for the factory colors setting.Or tries add more blue,a bit less green and red,see how that turn out?
You should replace the magenta developer M6090.
There is a little bit of disassembly required, but it's not too bad.
Be careful if you are using 3rd party toner, because it's often the cause of this issue.

Look at the vin # from outside the car through the windshield on the bottom of the drivers side. The 8th digit in the vin # is the engine code. You should be able to look it up on the internet. I want to say 175hp but i'm not certain. It is usually a letter. For example a small block 350 for certain years is the letter M and I believe small block 305 is P.
You can try adjusting the color output. There are two ways to do this: 1) In the service menu (I don't know the codes or parameters...) I will not cover this for lack of info.
2) Via the focus block (Very touchy and difficult to get the mix right again if you get too far off)
If you take off the front cover there should be a access panel. Behind that, there should be a small square black box with 6 screws on it. This is the focus block. (At least this is where most of them are located)
It sounds more like you may need more red in the mix or just less blue and green. There is a screw for each color. Do not mess with the focus screws, just the ones labeled 'SCREEN.'
Barely turn the red up. Use an insulated screwdriver and DO NOT TOUCH the focus block and ESPECIALLY NOT the back of it. Very HIGH VOLTAGE. I found that out the hard way.
Do not turn andy of these up too high or damage may occur and the TV may detect a short and shut off.
I have found that if the three colors are adjusted in a dark room to where the 3 color spots (R/G/B) are just barely visible on the screen at equal levels, there is a pretty good color balance.
