Tv went out by itself 50 hdtv sanyo

Usually a power issus are a power suppy issue or main board issue. If unit or pilot lights do not light happens.

If you leave the tv unplugged for 2 days (atleast) then plug it back in and try to turn it on and if it comes on its the power supply board. If it comes back on it will probably shut off between 30min to 4hrs and you would have to unplug it for 2 days again. All the power needs to drain out of the tv. If thats the case take the back pannel off and check the part number out on the internet. Not hard to do becarefull touching things the power supply does store a little bit or shock in it.
