I had the same problem w/ the same TV about 6 months ago. You need a new optical engine. Hopefully you are still under warranty. Once that was replaced, the tv looks great.

It is possible the connector to from the address board to the screen may be need to be cleaned & re-seated, but almost 99% of the time this fault is a problem within the plasma screen & the only solution is for a replacement screen.

Hello.
It looks like problem is originated near buffer board/s.
You can try to repair this but it is not recommended for untrained person.
If you remove back cover of your TV on the left hand side you will find ribbon cables that connected to narrow and long buffer board (or two boards) with one end while other end goes inside PDP (Plasma Display Panel). Poor connection could be present on any side of that ribbon cables. You can try to "play" with ones that are visible and see if it will clear the picture while TV is turned on. But this is not safe, there is about 200V running on some boards so you have to be extremely careful. If poor connection is on the other side of the cable - than issue is impossible to fix without replacing whole panel. And this is more expensive than just buy a new TV.
I would recommend let professional to take a look at it. Your health and life is not worth of any TV set out there.
regards.
Russ.
