We turn on the tablet and the "o", just keeps spinning. It never turns on
I fixed mine like this, unfortunately you will lose all your data on the system.
1) Whilst holding down the Power button, hold down the Volume+ button for about 10 seconds and let go.
The table should boot into a screen with an Android with a open chest and a danger sign on top.
2) Press the Volume+ button, and the recovery menu will appear.
3) Press the Volume- button, to move to "Wipe data/Factory Reset" and press the Power button to select that option.
4) Press the Volume- button to move to "yes" and press the Power button to accept.
Now the system will wipe the data and factory reset the tablet.
5) When it returns to the menu, make sure it is on "Reboot system now" and then press the Power button.
The tablet will now reboot and should load.

YES iT Worked i was so relived it was my lil sis tablet and she was ganna beat me up lolz

When I do step one I hold for 10 seconds but the android with its chest open and has a danger sign never shows up every tme whrn I try it

Reset the tablet if that dose not work call the kurio and they will help u thru it

It can be for kids and adults if ur a adult do not and i repeat do not change it into the kid version for a experiment or something because ur gonna have to reset it and its long

I can turn my tablet on but it won't go past the load screen keeps on loading and will not go to the home screen why
charging pug has went inside of tablet
apps are so small that you can hardly see them . I need to resize them to fit on tablet instead of bottom.
games have locks on them and apps are very small I need to enlarge them for my 2 year old granddaughter. the color has been changed and we are unable to change the color. the Kurio came with 60 preloaded apps.

I tried to put a weather app on my Kurio and it froze. When I turned it off and tried to restart it would not show my screen. I charged my phone and it still would not work.
