My 32inch rca will not turn on

I push the power button and it just makes a clicking noise (like a relay fuse)for about 30 seconds and then stops. It does not even start to have a picture.

I had a transistor on the board crack in half - I unplugged TV for a couple weeks to drain capacitors & reduce risk of a shock - Opened it up - slid board up so I could see it - it was a flat brown round one - obviously cracked - had to find it on-line at an electronics parts supplier - had to by pk of 10 - only ~15.00. Soldered in the new one - TV has worked for another 2 yrs & is going strong. Good luck. I think a lot of problems can be fixed yourself if you just look at the board & look for bad solder, loose components, or obvious burnt or cracked components.

Where is the door lock relay on my 1991 gmc vandura?

The relay makes a clicking noise when you press the lock button it's not the relay that's the problem. You may have a bad lock motor or what it's called a solenoid. When it's energized it moves. The problem is the get wet or dirty they jam up and stop working. So if you know for sure it's getting power or not getting power. Could be the lock switch could be the issue also. Removing the door panel and test the solenoid first to make sure that works then can test wires or fuses.

52" rear projection tv has no power and fuse is ok

The clicking noise that you are hearing is actually the power relay. Normal operation by either the remote or the power button on the front panel, you would normally hear a soft click just after the press of the power buttons to turn the unit on or off. When you initially plug the unit in to power, you will hear the same click noise. Being that you are hearing it all the time indicates a failed relay. TV's now a days, or at least ones built during the last 15 - 20 years have different Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). There are PCB's for power (which youre dealing with now), sound, video and so on. The PCB that you need to repair your clicking issue will run you about 80 U.S. dollars for the part plus the average going rate for repair from a qualified service tech. You could purchase the part from Thompson Consumer Products repair and fix it yourself, but be aware, there will be no warranty on the part itself unless an authorized tech does the work. Located on this PCB is the power on/off relay, fuse, usually 4-5 connectors for power to different PCB's (depending on model and features). Now depending on how old the TV actually is, you may want to invest in a newr set, the reason why I say that is, is because the new power unit may and can overload the other boards and cause damage to them and now you have a new problem to deal with( along with more money being tossed down a hole.

Good luck

Tv shut down and wont power back up, but circuits stay powered up

Check to see that the fuse is good. If so, test power supply. It is common for these to go out..

2005 Buick LeSabre heated seat not working

The heated seats have relays that run them. Not quite sure where they are located but. That noise is the relay clicking on and off. They are actually pretty loud. Look for faulty connections to and from the relay and check battery power to both sides of the relay.

TV will not turn on when power button is pushed.

check the main fuse in the tv. test it with a multimeter, not visually. if its the thermistor that blew the fuse, it is very difficult to see the break in the wire. replace if blown. if unit blown fuse again withing a couple of weeks replace the thermistor in the degausing circuit. good luck.
