To replace the bottom drawers in your Fridgidaire refrigerator, you will need to remove the existing drawers and clean the drawer track. Once the track has been cleaned, you can fit the new drawers into the track and slide them in properly. Refer to the manual that came with the refrigerator for detailed instructions on how to perform this task. If the drawers still won't go in, you may need to adjust the alignment of the track or have a technician inspect the refrigerator for any other issues.
I seem to be having the same issue with a Maytag refrigerator model M1TXEGMYS01. I would like to thoroughly clean all shelves of this new-to-is refrigerator but I can’t seem to figure out how to remove the glass from the plastic housing. I was able to take the end and central brackets off (that hold the drawers) but I can’t figure the rest of it out... and the manual I looked up didn’t provide any information on separating the housing either. Please see pic attached. Thanks in advance!
REMOVE AND REPLACE SPEEDO FACE How to remove the speedo face
Undo the 4 screws that hold the black cover in front of the speedo. Pull the cover off. Undo the 4 screws that hold the instrument cluster. Lift out the cluster. Disconnect the 2 or 3 mulit-plugs from the back. Remove the black panel that hold the glass (push clips). If you don't have the proper tool, use 2 metal spoons to lift the needle from the speedo face. You use the bowl of the spoons on the needle and press on the handles. (It's easier than it sounds.) Undo the 2 screws that hold the speedo face on. Lift it off. Fit the new face. How to zero the needle on a new speedo face
Fit the speedo unit (without the glass) back into the dash, with all wires connected into the back of it.
Don't fit the needle-stop post to the speedo face yet.
Switch the ignition on. Fit the needle in the zero position.
Now fit the stop-post and glass.
If it's the deli drawer from the bottom of you refer and you took the entire assembly out at once you will know because it all came apart when you started cleaning it. If it's got two drawers then you now have a piece of glass a frame with legs on it and two drawers. So open the refer all the way, look at the back and the sides where you removed it from, you'll see some groves or ridges or little nubs take the frame by its self and fit it into those places you see, then take the drawers one at a time ( usually the one closest to the door hinge is best to start) and slide them back into place. take your time because like a dresser drawer there is a notch that you will have to work with that's designed to keep you from pulling it completely out when you open it. then place the glass into the frame on top and your done.
open hood look down at the back of you headlight assembly you will have one or two metal clasps that hold the cover on pry those to the side pull the connectors off then remove the metal clasp that holds the bulb in place. remove be sure not to touch the new bulbs glass and put back together. you will have to unscrew two covers that are on the side with the battery tight fit for more then slender hands
First, you have to pull out the cooktop from the counter and remove the knobs.
Next, there are hex screws around the perimeter - do not remove the lowest ones on the front and the back (they hold the tray that the burners sit in) or the ones on the bottom (they help to hold on the blower assembly).
The final trick are two screws that are located in the downdraft plenum - there's one on each side (you don't have to remove the two in the back or the front - those are for small covers only).
The glass should lift out.
When putting the new glass in, remember that the plenum walls fit on the inside of the glass (you won't see the top of the steel).
this is a new one too me but ill give a shot
ive never seen an over where the supports were all intack
they should be screwed in at least to of them by what i call the hidden screw or plug either the 2 bottom come out or the 2 top ones come out to where the glass slides into position and just put the supports back into place
i was reading reviews on this particular item and clearly by what there describing this is not a very good functioning machine all out of tune from the older style
It is a challenge to replace those grids. Instead of trying to fit the support grids into the frame, bend the frame slightly to fit the grids. You will need to remove the steel support from the frame before bending the frame. That is what I have been able to do when I have those problems.
