Ethan Mini Cribs Model # 62610120 The CPSC previously indicated that if a crib was manufactured after June 28, 2011, it was deemed compliant with the new standards based on the date of manufacture. The CPSC is now indicating that to determine if a crib meets the new standards, child care providers must obtain a Certificate of Compliance (COC) from the manufacturer. The COC must: • Describe the product. • Give name, full mailing address and telephone number for importer or domestic manufacturer. • Identify the rule for which it complies (16 CFR 1219, the new federal standard for full-size cribs or with 16 CFR 1220, the new federal standard for non-full-size cribs). • Give name, full mailing address, email address and telephone
Manufacturers and importers by law have to comply and fit a compliance plate to the equipment or supply a certificate with a serial number for each unit
If they fail to respond to a request for that compliance certificate or plate , contact you r government authority ( work health and safety) and notify of a non compliance with the regulation
