Need more info. Are there ice cubes in the storage section just behind the freezer door? You may have turned the ice-maker OFF. When your depress the ice flipper, does the motor run behind the door? The motor may be burned out or the ice cubes in the storage section are so melted together in a giant glob that the agitator cannot turn.Or, maybe someone turned OFF the water supply.
I checked the "Ice Off". The only time ice drops after the reset button is pressed, but only once.
Please consider my questions.
