How do you change batteries in thinkway buzz lightyear

Is it NEW? Return it if in warranty time. you've used it past warranty time? Well, hope you get a better answer like mine, though I doubt it. Toys are designed to las just until warranty is over, even expensive toys, and actually I don't know about any Toy-repair Service.

You most likely have a bad connection. Use a volt meter to check for continuity between the + an - wires on the On/Off switch. If that has continuity then check wires coming from the battery holder.

How about you contact Thinkway Toys and they will figure it out

pop out the wings and remove back panel to access battery compartment.

We had the same problem - sound got quieter and quieter until Buzz was mute. My husband gave Buzz a sharp whack on his back where the AAA battery compartment is located and Voila - Buzz is speaking again.

The compartment for the battery is located at the back of buzz. You have to unscrew using aa small crew driver to open the lid before cahnging the batterie.
