Every time i plug in my frig it pops the curcuit breaker. I have checked all the plugs and they work with everything but the frig.
there is no heat nor other things plugged in around or using the same power. I have looked insde the frig and all wire look grounded and firm help I don't know what to do.

Checked the switch in the freezer and it was bad. Odd time for it to go out, but it was not working and it would work intermittently if you shook it.
SOURCE: Refrigerator was working fine, now it trips the
Be sure circuit in house is not the problem. Use extension cord to plug into outlet in another room.

What do mean run the service test and everything seemd to check out.
If you mean electrical parts like compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, defrost timer, then the only thing remains is that you had a greon gas leak so the compressor work fine but without cooling.
You can confirm this by touching the in and out piping from compressor in will be cold out will be hot if their room temperature then you have complete freon leak.
In this case the things is not good since the leack is most posibly on the condenser the fins and coils you have describe and due to cleaning forced the leaking faster.
So now you need to make a good estimation before proceeding with fixing it or thik for a replacement.
You should ask for an estimation from your local technician for condenser replacement, freon leak investication and fixing and freon gas charge and freon filter replacement. All these thing need special equipment experience so if you wil be charge more than the half the price of a new replacement then our advice is to proceed with a replacement since freon leak is not secure that is one point only and not so easy to find and fix too.
Good luck
SOURCE: The frig was working great,
the ptc overload relay on the compressor is bad, unplug it from the side of the compressor and replace it,it supplies start and run power to the compressor and protects it also, get an exact replacement and plug it back on the compressor and it will again work
