I've been checking around for you and the 'fixes' I've seen (so far) ALL require the Windows 7 Disk... I'll keep looking.

I have a TFGHT is compressed press Ctrl + alt + Del to restart I really need help!!

You can use the laptop to burn a Windows 7 install to CD. Buy or borrow a USB DVD to plug into the non-working computer. All instructions are here:

Hi.

The "tfght" message means that some of the files, folders and sub folders are compressed.
Boot the Windows 7 DVD, choose Custom install, on "Where do you want to install Windows" screen, click on Load Driver. Now use the mini-explorer which pops up to rightclick on System HD then choose Properties. Uncheck "Compress Drive to save Disk Space" for All Files and Sub-Folders. Restart.
That should solve the problem.
However you may have to start again. Click on the link below for an in-depth guide on how to dual boot XP and Windows 7.

Good luck and regards.

AFTER COMPRESSING MAIN DRIVE, TFGHT IS COMPRESSED CAN UP PLEASE HELP

Compressing the main drive using a Windows Programme, shouldn't give any problems.
I don't understand what you mean by TFGHT. What is that?
Using the compression utility, can de-compress as required, try running it again and decompress it noting what error messages are displayed, if any. Then try again, when it has recovered, or fit a larger Hard Drive maybe?
