Data maps how can i download the data into my device?

Important note about maps: Due to our high volume of sales, every Garmin portable GPS navigator sold by Amazon.com will come with the most recent map version. The current map provides data through April 1, 2007. If you purchased a Garmin GPS before April 1, 2007, you can purchase a map update on SD card. We will notify customers who purchase from Amazon.com via e-mail whenever new map updates become available.

Download the app Maps.me and download the map of Australia. It's all free and convenient. Using the app does not require internet or mobile data. Just download the app and the map then make sure switch on your location services.

This means is that the map file inside your Nuvi 350 is corrupted and the device can not read it anymore. We will need to update your map by plugging it into the computer. First thing you should know, with this problem that you are encountering most likely you will will need to send the unit back to Garmin to reload the map data onto the device, but I am going to try a few things with you to try to get it functioning again ok?

First thing to try is go to this webpage: Garman Map Updater, click on the "Check for updates" It will bring you to a new page, where you might need to install a plug in. It is okay to install the plug in and is nessesary.

If a map update is found you should be able to follow the instructions to update your map. Next I would like you to download "webUpdater" which updates the actual software on your device.

if your unit is showing cannot unlock maps, all you need to do is connect if to a computer with the provided USB data cable and re-download the maps. when the maps are downloaded it should unlock the maps for you.

Download maps with Nokia Map Loader
1. Connect your device to a computer with a compatible USB data cable or Bluetooth connection. If you use a data cable, select PC Suite as the USB connection method for PCs, and Nokia mode for Macs.
2. Start Nokia Map Loader on the computer.
3. Select a continent and a country. Small countries may be chosen in their entirety; others have several sub-maps from which to choose.
4. Select the maps or extra services, and download and install them to your device.

the site changed their limits and I am unable to post. I have instead listed the upgrade dvd on ebay with the upgrade files and map data as well as instrucitons...
