How do i download music onto my Sansa Clip MP3 Player

Do you mean the sansa clip SDMX11R-2048K-A70 mp3 player by san disk? IE sandisk.com/products/sansa-music-and-video-players/sandisk-sansa-clip-mp3-players. Also try looking at kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/946/kw/SDMX11R-2048K-A70%20software. Other than that I don't know what you mean?

Well there is a reason for and you probably won't like this... There is no way you can play videos on this MP3 Player. Sansa Clip doesn't support video files, only music files and audio podcasts. Then you can't get any songs. I know a good site that I get lots of FREE and LEGAL music without REGISTRATION. Try, www.mp3raid.com - a site that gives you free music without viruses trojan, spyware etc, and www.listentoyoutube.com where you get the mp3 music from a youtube video, whether it be a music video etc. None of these are harmful to your computer, and none of these need downloading they are browser based, and they require no registration or credit card details. You could also upload your own CDs onto your computer and then put them onto your mp3. I hope this helped.

The Sansa Clip is not compatible with iTunes. You will have to get your music from another music service, preferably one that gives you the songs in mp3 format instead of AAC format (although it will accept WMA's, the DRM-protection system on most WMA's will give you problems down the line, especially if you cancel the music service that you got them from - songs in mp3 format will be usable even after you've cancelled your music service subscription).

Make sure the device is set to MSC mode under Settings on the device (Menu --> Settings --> USB Mode --> MSC )
If you already have music on your PC, follow the instructions provided in the following link to transfer music over to your Sansa Clip.

I have the sansa clip. You have to make sure that you have windows media player, the updated version, and you have to have windows xp or higher service pack 2.... What you need to do is erase everything out of your sansa clip... Do the upgrades if neccessary and re-download them.

I know this is only part of the solution:
- turn off your sansa clip
- put the slide button on hold
- press the centered button while connecting the sansa clip to your pc
the sansa clip will now be visible as a removable disk under 'my computer' :-)

I don't yet know how to proceed from here on
