Ice cream maker instructions:
Place canister in freezer for 8-10 hours
Place canister in cart, pour ice cream mixture, Insert paddle and cover
Slowly rotate cover 4-5 times every 3 minutes to stir mixture
Continue procedure for about 30 min or until the consistency You want is reached.

Vanilla Ice Cream:
1 cup half and half
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg slightly beaten
Blend ingredients together in medium size bowl

Chocolate ice cream:
Blend 1/8 cup chocolate syrup into Vanilla ice cream recipe

Strawberry ice cream:
Blend 1/8 cup strawberry jam into Vanilla ice cream recipe

Honey Vanilla:
Blend 2 tablespoons of honey into Vanilla ice cream recipe, leaving out the 1/8 cup of sugar

Peppermint:
After vanilla ice cream is made, sprinkle 2 tablespoons finely crushed peppermint sticks into canister. Rotate lid to blend. Mix well

Hi,
A basic vanilla ice cream recipe to which you change vanilla for anything you wish to is as follows:

Ingredients:
1/2 pint (250ml) single/light cream
small tin of condensed milk
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract (according to taste)

Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

Transfer the whole mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
