Unlike stirrups on a horse saddle, where you would hook your heel up against it, pedalling is best done with the ball of your foot. This allows you to use your entire leg including your ankle to provide the power. This might seem a bit uncomfortable at first, but you will get used to it very quickly, since it will tire you less and is more like the natural motion of walking. Placing your foot too far forward on the pedal makes pedalling more like walking on your heels.

President club car golf cart front tires wear out every 3 months.

Maybe your front end alignment is off?
Measure the distance across the front of the front wheels and across the rear of the front wheels.
On this cart the measurements should be almost exactly the same.
Measure carefully as the measurement needs to be exact.
If the measurements are not the same, adjust one or both tierods to make the distance between the front and rear of the front wheels the same.
TIP:AVOID sharp turns on pavement which will also accelerate tire wear.

When a strut is worn, what are symptons? How can one diagnose it? KIA Sephia 1998?..

some times you will get a bouncing in wheel ,nose dive in front end when stopping or hard breaking, did you try jacking up car so wheel is just off ground ,put a bar under tire and lift up observe wheel movement ,then do other wheels , if it is a strut the wheel will move up and down freely , look for fluid leaking around strut body ,5000 miles is not much of a factor things do break.the other is get the front end off the ground both wheels,SAFELY !!!!!! WITH THE CAR SHUT OFF WHEELS BLOCKED, have one person turn wheel while you observe it , look for anything wrong grab the wheel and try to move left to right (a small ) motion observe what happens ,is there wiggle ? with out moving steering wheel. if not sure of any of these ,PLEASE take it to a mechanic .hope this helps good luck. Front tire won't come off

Sit on your but and kick the tire with both feet. The tire is stuck. Some tire repairmen use a large sludge hammer and hit the tire, don't hit the rim.

My foot pedal keeps hitting the front tire on my mongoose sycamore bike

By the way, you'll also never catch your toe on the ground (which can cause a very painful mishap) if you pedal with the ball of your foot.

My 2009 Nightster tire pressure - I'm seeing/hearing/reading different suggestions. I single ride. right now Front tire is 31, rear tire is 40, is this exceptable. Thanks

Yes, this is acceptable. I prefer to set the front tire at 30 and the rear tire at 36 when riding single. It's a matter of ride quality preference. As long as the tires are inflated enough to prevent excessive flexing of the side walls, you are safe. By lowering the air pressure, you get a bit better traction as your tire's "foot print" is a bit larger but it doesn't handle quite as quickly either.

Good Luck

The front right tire hit the crub to avoid and accident it bent the sway bar which i replaced but the tire is at a angle and is wearing out the outside of the tire. what else would the problem be?

Your control arm or tie rods may be bent. If you hit a curb hard enough to bend the sway bar other things are probably bent also. Best bet is to take it to a front end shop and have it checked don't just start replacing parts. The car will need to be realigned when parts are replaced.

Back tire

often times the inner hub of the rim seizes up in the spindle. use the wd40 on the studs and the rim hub and let sit for an hour then your going to have to use you foot to kick the tir on the top and the bottom of the tire untill it works loose. also have somehelp you by using a big sledge hammer to hit the back side as you hit from the front of the tire this will work quite well. in no time tyhe tire and rim will come off . then use a anti seize on the spindle hub not on the studs when you replace the tire.
