Click start control panel administrative tools computer management then select event viewer this may vary depending on what operating system you have
extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured
you might be able work your way through the problem
or you might not have the correct drivers

Do you see any text at all when booting up? If so, try pressing F8 on reboot to get to the Windows Boot menu. It's not real apparent when you are supposed to do this, so once the system gets past the initial Power on Self Test, start tapping it. Select Safe Mode and see if your display loads. Set your video settings to something safe and simple like 1024 x 768. Reboot to normal Windows and begin bumping your video settings up from there until you get them where you want them.

you may need to set your bios setting and make sure the choose the proper boot device, first boot device is cd rom and second boot device ( hard disk ) and save it. After then repaire the window with window cd.
