Why do I always get high cpu in windows 7 home edition-Dell inspiron when playing videos, games or music

High C.P.U. usage reading when playing vidios or games is normal the c.p.u. takes up processing tasking to offload the graphics processor in order to provide maximum framerates at a given resolution, pixle shading, colouring etc. I would not worry about it as this is normal. Just try to give all computers the best ventilation possible, with laptops it is important to have them on a flat hard surface. Not carpet or table cloths etc. as laptops have cooling vents on the underneath.

Olympus FE-230 - will not import certain video to computer

Make sure your not running the cable through a hub of any kind.
Plug it directly into a usb port on the computer.
Sometimes the hub can limit the bandwidth (speed)
and with video you need all you can get.
I'm assuming here that your computer is new enough to have the
2.0 usb standard.
Best of luck Paul
