I have a box full of AC adapters but am uncertain which one to use.. Manual is no help.
See the plate label indicating the serial number, model, and indicating the electrical specification. And proceed according.
Otherwise you must call to the company for customer service and get help online via chat.

1) Measure the outlet plug with another device such a lamp desk 115Vca.
2)If there are voltage with the lamp , the problem is with the fuse+c.breaker in your treadmill.
3)If there are NOT voltage with the lamp, the problem is c.breaker from your house Reset.
4) If after you reset there are NOT voltage again, the problem is the wires had been isolated with the paint, You must take out the paint, for to conduct the electricity to the outlet, and try again with the lamp desk

or break down, grounding provides a path of least
resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric
shock. This product is equipped with a cord having
an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding
plug. Plug the power cord into a surge suppressor,
and plug the surge suppressor into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
