My wrist watch, Pulsar Solar, stopped working. This is about 8 years old. The problem: when I shake it or use it, it works for sometime and then stops working. Question: Does it need a new battery? Should it expose the watch to light more? (I use it about 1 hour per day) Thanks
I have a similar solar modle Ive had since 1995 , about 4 years ago it started loosing time and the second hand started double ticking. I sat it down out side on a cool summer day for the hole day in the bright sun and never have had a problem since. knock on wood! It was also runover by a car last year and still works good. I wont ever get ride of it. Hopefully this helps u guys out

Same problem. My Pulsar Solar watch is about 8 years old. It run sporadically if I shake it.
The watch has run well for 5 years but it now stops frequently to the point where it is useless. This is a Pulsar Solar watch 487204, similar to PUA 101X. I've been on the internet to see if this is a common problem and to find a solution, so here I am, no wiser.
How to identify pulsar watches models

unable to set calendar Do you have instructions?
I'm getting instructions for analog, and not a digital watch.
I've been able to set the time and not the calendar on my Pulsar men's watch model # 55
