There is power to the EPSON L200 PRINTER but it will not turn on. No power.
Make sure all leads connecting to your printer have dust free secure seating
You might have to uninstall the printer restart your computer then reinstall your printer
click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to ports(COM&LPT) + to expand you should see a communication port and Ecp printer port you
might see a yellow? ! question exclamation mark or a red X this will mean you need to install a new driver for this device right click you will have options to update driver disable uninstall or select properties again you will have the similiar options also you can troubleshoot the device
hope it helps

I have the same problem with my Epson L200. I already check the main power supply voltage output and it's normal. I beleive that the problem is in the main system board. When I plug the printers power cord and ress the power button it will not power ON. toally dead set.
check for the obvious which you probably have have a look at the event viewer Click start control panel administrative tools computer management then select event viewer this may vary depending on what operating system you have extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured Right click on the error message select properties you will see all details about the error or click start type in event viewer press ENTER look for anything related to your printer you might be able work your way through the problem
