Google a program called Offline NT. Copies to a CD and you can boot from it. Follow instructions, but be careful wiping passwords. Could do damage to the registry.

Graphics programs need alot of processing power. You onboard graphics wont support this, nor Im willing to bet will the processor. You will need better hardware.

I belive it uses CABLES.
