Are you asking about a band for the Armitron M1099 women's wrist watch?

By "pin and buckle" are you referring to the closure part of the watch band and/or one of the thin metal rods which attach the watch band to one end of the watch?

If I am correct in my guess about a replacement band or parts of a band for an Armitron M1099 women's wrist watch, if you have not already contracted Armitron directly about the needed parts, this is the link to the Armitron Watches web page regarding Service Centers:

it's only a problem in the battery. you can replace on any watch service centers.

You can try calling their Parts and Services center to see if they can send you a replacement instruction manual. The number is 1-866-631-0342.

I have no idea how the things work in India, but any Kenneth Cole dealer shop must be able to sort your problem ( at least it is worldwide experience ). So, visit your nearest Kenneth Cole store and ask for help.
