Replacing cutterly tray for baumatic BDWI640

While I don't have your Baumatic, I've replaced dozens of halogen and incandescent lamps with LEDS. I've also used LED striplights to replace fluorescent tubes.

I feel for you! I have been tortured by the blasted wheels falling off every time I go to put something into the dishwasher, or want to empty it. To add to it all, this part is no longer available to replace, which I need to do as one of the clips finally snapped off. It is a highly frustrating design flaw in this machine.

Contact Baumatic and ask if they have a "drop-in replacement".
Their contact information will be on your owner's manual or the dealer where you bought it should know.

This is usually related to the setup of the printer. Check that there is no backfeed set up, and that the settings are on for calibration on head close.

the top tray has a nozzle on rear,which pushes into a screw on rubber seal on inside rear of appliance.this splits and stops water being fed to sprayer on top tray.phone baumatic parts dept,only a few pence,but sent mine free!

This might be a re-badged generic dishwasher - on my Baumatic E4 error caused by floatswitch in bottom catch tray. Some (supposedly small amount) water collects here and should evaporate naturally. If it accumulates, float rises and stops machine.

TURN OFF THE POWER

try to find a way into the machine base catch-tray to sponge it out - on the Baumatic there are two large black plastic plugs on the front of the machine base that can be forcibly flipped out.

failing that, take machine out and tip it up to get rid of water
