You will find a lot of junk here, clean out thoroughly. To refit put white cone back inside just as you found it, at the bottom, fit ball back into the cone. Attach to the bottom to the drum and re-fasten the cir clip. Finally reconnect the gator to the pump unit and tighten the plastic clip. Check out the pump too before reconnecting.

The filter is underneath the machine,tilt it backwards look underneath and
you will see a rubber pipe with a plastic inner with a clip on the end.
Undo the clip and slide the filter out.

think yourself lucky my plastic broke when i was unscrewing it or tying to ended up cutting my knuckle open on the shard of plastic and water pumping out all over my kitchen is there somewhere that you can purchase the cap from and how do you get the broken one off???

If it is at the rinse or spin cycle it could be something trapped in the pump, for the water can't drain quickly enough when the machine starts to spin & the water gets forced back up through the soap dispenser as there is nowhere else for it to go. Check your filter too.

hi the filter is located at the back of the machine you have to unscreew the pastic panel at the bottom..look inside at the right hand side black hose with big jublie clip the filter is inside there just undo the big clip ....expect WATER !!!!!!!!!! when done make sure you push the hose on properly !!! didnt do that myself ...and had to mop up again !

DONT FORGET TO UNPLUG THE MAINS LEAD !!!
