Getting water into the ice cube dispenser, it is freezing into ice cubes, but when dispenser turns to dump the ice cubes, they won't come out. It then adds water to start over and overflows. Help! Not sure what gets the ice cubes dumped out of the tray.
I had this problem. The root cause was that mineral deposits had built up in the ice cube tray. The ice would not "dump"... but stayed in the tray after the dump cycle. I did not catch it quickly and eventually the plastic frame broke. That was easily replaced. Inspect the ice tray to see that all cube surfaces are smooth. If there are mineral deposits, they need to be removed. Do NOT scrub with anything abraisive or you will ruin the tray. As you are looking straight on at the Ice maker, with the bin out, depress the small black retangular tab. The tray assembly will come apart to remove the tray. Rinse the tray, then fill with warm vinegar. Let it soak. You may scrub with soft cloth, finger or fingernail to remove deposits. Replace the tray and you should be in business.
I have a Samsung RS2555SL and experienced the exact same problem. Water filling the tray, forming ice, dumping into bucket, depress flap at door, flap inside door opens, motor for corkscrew in bucket turns just fine - but no ice dipensed thru door. Samsung phone tech said cubes too big, must decrease amount of water filling tray to create smaller cubes. I went thru every setting, dumping buckets of ice between settings - still no ice thru door.
My problem was that ice could not get from bucket to door. I looked real close and noticed the the metal "corkscrew" attaches to a metal "blade" which is in front of the grey cylidrical swirly thingy that shoots the ice down thru the door. I noticed that the metal "blade" attached to the corkscrew has notches in the edge which seem to fit into grooves on the front of the grey swirly thingy, but mine was not fitted into the notches correctly.
I held the grey swirly thingy with one hand, and gently pried the metal blade around to what looks like the proper notches, and voila - this opens up the "gap" between the metal blade and the grey swirly thingy. I dumped all sizes of cubes back into the bucket and danced joyously around the kitchen while the entire family successfully dispensed ice.
I apogize for the aformentioned technical speak, "grey swirly thingy" is industry jargon. :-)

the problem your having is easy as a fridge engineer i see this one a lot
on the ice door is a motorised flap which openes to let icecubes through,it has frozen open so letting fresh air into the ice dispenser door this melts the ice in the bucket sticking it together so the crusher cannot dispense
op3en the door look into the disp tube and see if the flap is open if so use a air dryer to defrost then dry with paper towel problem solved
Not real familiar with that specific model but it sounds like the heating element isn't working to loosen the ice from the tray as it's dumped. A typical ice maker has a small heat element under it to melt the surface of the ice just slightly while it dumps.
