Is there a replacement rip fence and blade guard available that will fit a Craftsman 10" table saw model 137.218072

The parts diagram for the Craftsman 137.218072 is available here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/2fdac98m1p-000247/craftsman-137218072-table-saw-parts . The blade guard is available; it's part 3232, The rip fence (part 2RXS) is not available. However, there are after-market table saw fences that probably can work. You may need to make some adjustments for the mounting points. See https://woodsmithspirit.com/best-table-saw-fence/ for some ideas.

I hope getting the blade guard at least helps.

Where can I find replacement parts in Canada for old Craftsman 10" Table saw?

Since you are in Canada, you will need to go to http://www.sears.ca/content/specialty-services/parts-and-service. There you would create an account and login to search for the parts you need. The person at Sears Parts I chatted with strongly suggested that you call the Canadian Sears Parts Direct to place your order. The phone number is 800-361-6665. To save you some time I confirmed with Sears Parts U.S. that part# 202N for your saw model 137271320 is available. Here is a link that should show you a picture of the saw http://s.sears.com/is/image/Sears/PD_0009_137_14912201B9?wid=2000. I was quoted a price of $34.03 U.S. including shipping. Not sure what you will have to pay in Canada. Good luck in your search.

Centering saw blade

The most important thing is that the blade and riving knife are centered with each other. If not, you may have to shim the riving knife.

The bolts that hold the carriage under the table are intentionally sloppy so that you can loosen them and align the blade/knife with the miter gauge slots.
Lay a long metal straight edge against the side of a carbide blade teeth with the blade all the way up, and make sure the straight edge is parallel with the miter gauge slots in the table. Then tighten the bolts on the underside.

I have rehabilitated an old Craftsman model 113.22411 10 inch bench saw, but I'm missing the guard unit -- can you suggest a guard unit available today that would fit this saw?

Use the first part of the model number to fid who the manufacture of the saw/ motor is. Example: 110.123456- 110 is Whilpool. Then cal the manufacture direct.

What is the correct assembly for the guard mine does not go up and down- it requires a push each use

In all honesty and truth...and I will probably be shunned for saying this...but it"s probably safefr and easier to use a table saw without the guards on it....

Craftsman 10in Table Saw Model No. 315.218060 Dust bag

all the manual says is to insert the elbow onto the tube coming from motor and then install bag onto the elbow and for maximum performance empty the bag before it gets half full. On most table saws that I work on there is no fan or anything like that to force the dust away from unit, the best way is to run a shop vac and connect to the elbow for mazimum dust removal.
