On some of the remotes you will find a toggle switch to change frequencies, this might help. Note all new openers are operating on a different frequency than slightly older ones due to military interference. Even though both might be intellicode they might not work together on the same remote. Sometimes some openers are harder to program than others. So lets try to program the harder one. You need to find and press the learn button on the motor head. Then press the button on the remote once. The led light by the learn button should not flash. If so try it over. The light should either stay lit or go out after the first press. If it does press it again and then a third time. If it ever flashes during the program process try again. The third or fourth time the motor should operate. If not you either have a bad remote or more than likely a bed logic board. Thanks BB

The other opener has to be a genie, compatible genie to be exact. An older one will not work with new devices. If it will not program it will be the openers fault not the remote. Thanks BB

There is a button on the motor head you can press. Press it then press the button on the remote 3 times and try it. If not try it again. Genies are bad for not coding in the first time. Make sure there are new batteries in it. Thanks BB

Unfortunately the device pairs itself with the receiver with its own identifier, both remotes would need to have the same identifier or code that is sent to the receiver for it to accept both, right now the other is giving out a different signal, maybe you can take the remotes apart and see if there are switches inside that define its code, once both devices send the same code they will work at the same time.
but right now as both devices have their own code it will not work.
there might be no way for you to change it, you are pretty much on your own on this one.
