The McCulloch MC1275 is made by Top Innovations.  You can get some replacement tips on their website http://www.topinnovations.com/index.html.  I had my steam nozzle bust in half and called customer service and was able to get it replaced.  That number is 1-800-711-6617.

As for the McCulloch MC1275... if you go to http://www.topinnovations.com/index.html for replacement parts the cheapest shipping was $30.40 for me! It's way too much to pay when it's for a few parts!

Is there a source to find out how to use the attachments for the McCulloch steamer?

Hi winnons2...

The only thing I could find on McCulloch is a phone number.
I am sure once you reach this number they would be able to help you farther.
To receive a user manual or parts.
You need to call 1-800-521-8559, ask for guidance to help with obtaining a USER manual and it will tell you where the parts go and what their name is and what you will use is for.
Ask for a PDF Manual, you will need the model number of the Steam Vacuum
They will email it to you for free

McCulloch MC1275

I had the same problem today. It turns out part of the steam hose was kinked. If you feel along the black tubing - this covers the actual steam hose, you may feel a hard spot where the inner hose may have kinked. Mine was near the end so I cut into it, cut out the kinked part, and reattached the hose to the endpiece - where it screws onto the body. If you do have a kink you will at least have to cut through the black tubing - careful not to cut the inner hose; you will see the nylon wrapped hose inside and can try to fix it. I was unable to unkink it without cutting it, you may have better luck, or you can do what I did. If you decide to, once you take apart the endpiece you'll see how it all goes together, pretty easy to figure out. Alternatively you might be able to buy a new hose through http://www.topinnovations.com

Hope this solves your problem, if you haven't already. Good luck.
