Pressure and flow on hot water side of a single handle delta faucet located on a kitchen sink is very low. Water is hot. Flow and pressure on cold water side is excellent. No leaks on faucet. Pls advise on how to repair. Thanks.
It could be one of two problems, one simple, one serious.
If you have steel pipes you may be experiencing reduced flow due to corrosion in your pipes. Reduced hot water pressure in the kitchen faucet is usually the first sign since this is the faucet that is most used in the home.
Repiping is a job for a professional. Another symptom you may need a repipe is orange colored or rusty water.

Your welcome! Since I wrote that solution another problem has surfaced that could be solution #3. Chloromine in the water supply swells the rubber washer in the angle stop requiring replacement of the angle stop. You should consider hiring a pro to do this too if your skill level in plumbing is not advanced.

First answer is pretty much the same as mine, but here are some details FWIW -- I had a similar problem ending with pretty much the above solution after some exploring. First, I checked the faucet valve itself. Opened it up and it was fine. Then I checked the shutoff valve. It was also clear. Then I checked the hose from the shutoff valve to the faucet. No kinks, but there was a little piece of plastic slightly sticking out on the shutoff valve end. I pulled that out with pliers and reattached the hose. The water ran fine for a second, then slowed down again. There was clearly something in there, so I disconnected the hose from the shutoff valve and let it hang with a clear glass bowl under it. Then I turned on the hot water faucet, put my hand over the spout, and turned on the cold water faucet, forcing cold water backward through the hot water side. (With a one handle faucet, you would turn it on in the middle position to get this back flushing.) More pieces of plastic came out of the hose into the glass bowl. The pieces looked like broken bits from an old valve. These faucets were replaced just before we moved in 3 years ago, so this stuff might have been from the old faucet. A few months ago, my water heater was replaced, so it could have been junk from that. Bottom line: after that backflush, all is well.

Normally the light on the faucet flashes blue when working & red when the batteries need changing. We've changed the batteries & the light is still flashing red 3 times w/a 3 second delay between the flashes.
The red light flashes 3 times & then has a 3 second delay before flashing again 3 times, etc. Area on top is dry w/no pooling water.
The faucet flashes red 3 times, has a 3 second delay, flashes 3 times again, etc.
Light on faucet flahes red 3 times then a 3 second delay & repeat of this problem. Replaced batteries & still the same problem. Faucet will not work.
