When i try to add a new contact nothing happens ..even when i try to edit contact nothing happens...this problem started recently...tried restarting the phone but taking out the battery,,but didt help...pleace advice
Delete the MSN messenger from messengers list (use Blackberry desktop) and it will start working

I don't think this is a phone problem.Bad signals is caused by network provider or probably you are in an area where signals is poor. But i don't think its a phone problem. Try leaving your area and go to another area and see if the problem still persists. Then you could see a Blackberry technician.
