I have an Epson Stylus R300. I have not used it in a long time, so I replace all the ink CartrIdge. I turned the printer on and the cartridge moved all the way to the right and got stuck under the lip part. No matter what I do, I can not reset it or get It to move. Please help Angela
Had the same problem and found its a part underneath the cartridges. You have to remove whole cartridge carrier, it's the printer head that can pop up. Easy to pop back down but you have you remove top covers. Good luck.

Had the same problem. (its a work around without removing the waste ink pad)
Took alot of work but I fixed it.
Frist thing you need to know that error means your ink waste pad is
full. Its a $75.00 to replace but there is a work around it.
You will need this free app. SSC service utitlty.

You will also have to Open the access panel on the rear of the printer (remove screw) and
look inside carefullly with a flashlight. You will see a tube (down and
to your left) coming from the cleaning pump and it will have an open
end on it. This is the tube that delivers ink to the waste pad.
Use a piece of coat hanger wire or equivalent, and fish out this
piece of tube. Bring it to the outside of the printer, thru the access
panel.
Find yourself a suitable container
(Tupperware or a plastic cup or jar) that is not too tall. Put the tube
into this container and secure the tube and container so they won’t
come apart or lose connection if the printer is moved.
If you wish you can make a hole or notch in the access panel cover so it can be replaced.

I had the same problem except it would not recognize any of the ink cartridges. I kept hitting the OK button over and over again with the same cartridges in place not removing them at all and it finally recognized them. Decided to go to maintenance on the printer to do a test, and it went right back to not recognizing the cartridges. So i pressed the OK button over and over again until it finally recognized all the cartridges again, but this time i did not try and go into the maintenance to do a test run. Plugged it up to the computer and it has been working ever since. So press the OK button until it recognizes the cartridges, and run no tests on it is what my solution was for the problem. Really is a pain but it works now.

Angela, what error appears in the printer driver software?
The ink catidge is stuck. It will not move. I have check to see if there is paper stuck inside of it. I have turned it on and off many time, still the cartidge is not movinging. (stuck on the fare right hand side)
