CCJ-500 throws circuit breaker when turning off
Is this a new juicer, have you used this before without the circuit failure?
Most circuits in the house will be are 15 amp breakers. If the appliance has a high amp load then this can cause it to switch the breaker turning on or off.(due to to voltage spikes) I have a waffle iron that does the same thing if my refrigerator cycles while the iron is on.
There are a few things that could cause this. But before anything else I would try the juicer in a different plug that is on a different circuit, like the living room for example. If that works well then I would start looking at you may need to replace the circuit breaker, they do go bad.

I have tried 3 different wall outlets and they all do the same: as I let up on the pressure to shut off the juicer after juicing an orange, the breaker goes in the wall outlet, not the master breaker. Thanks
If it is tripping the outlet breaker (GFI Ground fault interrupter) there may not be an issue or a way to fix it. I have a portable hair dryer that does the same thing on shut off but will run fine. It does it at other peoples houses when I travel sometimes as-well. Other than being a bot of a pain there should be no need to worry.
Thanks. I didn't tell you that I can sometimes avoid the circuit breaking by letting up slowly before pulling off the spent orange altogether??
