Hi,
This is the closest manual I could find for this motherboard. The link below will lead you to download a manual for the MS-6380LE (the other models close to this were MS-6378 and MS-6390)
However, it shouldn't be too different.
http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=manual&maincat_no=1&prod_no=287
Please let me know if you still have problem with connection.
Thanks,
Lolita
Here is a link to MSI for your MS-6378 Manual. http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=manual&maincat_no=1&prod_no=283
The file is in .zip format and will need to be extracted to view its contents.
Connector JFP1 pins 6 and 8 are for the on / off switch. Pin 6 is power switch high reference pull-up. Pin 8 is power switch low reference pull-down to ground. Information from page 2-17 in the manual.
You can to reset password by jumper on motherboard his name CMOS CLEAR or CMOS RESET . it plased near the 3 volt battery . It look like 3 pins a 1 jumper on it. reinstall for 2 second jumper to anover two pins from 2-3 to 1-2 or (from 1-2 to 2-3 ) and password will be cleared !!! but the over settings will be cleared too.
P.S. if you can't find this jumper just to try remove the battery for 10 minutes and disconnect power cord from power supply unit, but it may be no useful.
