I live 3 miles from where these are made, and I had a hard time getting a replacement part for a homelite tiller. All of these are made by the same company. But if you will google "Ryobi Anderson SC" it's really called TTI. this is the place that makes them. Hope this helps. It will give you direct numbers to contact. # 864.226.6511
mine was a total pain. I yanked on the rope so many times, it flew out of the keeper, and when I replaced it I ran it UNDER the fuel tank cutting a slot in tank. I also blew out the primer bulb. AFTER the replacement tank I arrived, I discovered rolling the machine forward helped the flow to carb and did not require priming. Now I need to fix throttle cable. But all in all, a tough little machine.
From any MTD dealer. Ryobi is now owned by MTD who also owns Troy Bilt, and Bolens. Most lawn mower shops should be able to get the parts. You'll need the model number off the tiller.
you have a needle valve stuck open. i am not familiar with your model but if you can remove the float bowl and clean it out maybe replace the needle and seat and the float it should fix the problem good luck.
