I know I could fix my leak if I could only get the top cover off to expose the cartridge. I read the other generic way of taking the cover off but it doesn't seem to apply to this faucet. Am I missing something? The handle seems to be attached to the cover. Oh, the problem is the hot water leaking through the cartridge and onto the sink.
Thank you!
With a small flat blade screwdriver, carefully remove the red and white plastic button on the front of the faucet. Turn off the water supply. Then, raise the handle like you're turning on the water and move the handle slowly left and right until you can see an Allen screw through the hole where the button was. With the correct size Allen driver, remove the screw and the handle will come off the faucet.
Most single handle faucets have a plate on the underside of the sink that secures the faucet. It is generally secured from the threaded line for the pull out spout. Once you remove the line for the spout it requires a deep socket to loosen the plate. Usually a 15mm or 9/16 socket should fit. There should have been a plastic tool included with the faucet when purchased to install and disassemble this. Once this plate is removed the faucet will pull up through the sink for repair.

I have nearly the same model and basically the same problem. Can't figure out how to get into this assembly from the top. The Rolh website lists "easy service from above" as a feature and there is an exploded parts view that makes it clear that I should be pulling it apart from the top, but no explantion of how.
R77V3 leaks from halfway up the faucet. Can't seem to take the top cover off for repair.
