I have a wireless connecter with Netgear which connects fine with the second computer i have however it keeps disconecting with the laptop I brought how do i fix this?
Maybe the wireless card in the laptop is no good or not strong enough to receive a good strong signal. Try sitting close to the wireless router and see if it loses connection. Does it connect at all and let you on the internet before it loses the signal? If it does not connect at all I'd say you might have an issue with the password or the type of wireless security protocol type you selected to connect with. For example there are different types of wifi security protocol types: (Ex. wep, wpa, wpa2) .

Kev,
This seems to be a common problem. Remove and reseat the memory modules. If that doesn't do it, remove the hard drive and all but one memory module and try to bring it up. If this works, add the other memory module and see if the whole thing doesn't come up. If not, get back to me for more ideas.
Thanks!

go to network connections, right click on your wireless adapter and click enable or connect. Or go to my computer>right click>properties>device manager> hardware tab, look in list for wireless adapter, right click and select enable.
