1) Click Start -> Run... -> Open: -> Type regedit, then click OK.
You can also access the Run command by pressing the Windows logo key ( ) and the "R" key simultaneously.

2) Open the following registry key by clicking the ( + ) signs:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones
3) You should now see something similar to this:

If you have this specific issue, there will be an additional folder
present in the circled area. This is the registry key that needs to be
deleted.
5) Close the Registry Editor.
