If this is a RUUD unit, the reset button is for the High Pressure Switch. It cannot be replaced without refrigerant recovery and recharge. Unless it is creating a problem for you, I recommend NOT replacing it (quite expensive) until it DOES become a problem. In the meantime, continue to keep your filters and coils clean. :-)

There is no reset button on that unit...if it is not working it is because the contactor has failed, the t-stat is not calling for cooling, or the compressor is bad...
Yes it is a little red button on the back lower part of the heat pump by the lineset. it will most commnly trip in heating mode if the filter is dirty. or in A/C mode if there is an issue with the outdoor fan motor or dirty coils.
