Bosch washer...E03 error. Water is coming through fill port, but not entering drum. Water is going straight through to the drain. Cycles okay, but clothes are still dry and unclean due to no water rea
The washer was running fine this morning. I had to move the washer to get behind it and during the process, the drain pipe came partially loose from the machine. The program got stuck on 1 minute remaining and the door wouldn't unlock. I shut off the machine, unplugged it for about 15 minutes, and ran it through another cycle. This time, no water entered the machine at all, but it cycled and the door unlocked. I started another load, water came in like normal, however, this time no water entered the drum where the clothes were. The water comes in normally, but is going straight out the drain pipe, never entering the drum.
humming noise suggests a foreign object in the pump. crack open filter and drain water into a shallow tray. repeat till empty. remove filter completely and clean it. check if something stuck in pump impellor. this should be visible by looking into the filter hole

There is a strainer in the hoses that are most likely clogged; clean it out and your problem should be repaired. If you still have the errors and you have good pressure coming to the washer, then you will need to replace the water valve on the washer. Here is that part to order. Keep me posted.
First, unplug your washer. After that find the little round plate below your drum opening on the exterior of the washer. It should have a small hole in it. Use something to gently push trough this hole and twist the cover off, Inside there you will find the drain access. Be careful, if there is water in your drum this will make a mess when you unscrew the drain access. Take the usual precautions and unscrew the drain access slowly until it is off. Remove any obstructions and replace access door and cover. Clean up any mess and plug back in your washer and try again. takes about thirty minutes to an hour depending on how much water is in the drum.
Don't remove the filter prior to draining unless you want a massive flood! try laying the waste hose close to the floor into a suitable receptacle. If this isn't possible look to the front of the machine behind the kickplate for a small black drain hose which should do the same job. Once the machine is drained take a look at the filter and if blocked removed the culprit, if not blocked call in professional help.

Hello Wet Towels, well to be honest outside of the test program I have never seen a fault code E13. If it was an error E03 I would check my water to make sure it was turned on, the cold inlet hose wasn't pinched, or debre filling the filter screens in the hose or water valve. That is what the care and use says about E03. In the back of your owners manual it tells you what the fault means and how to correct it. If this doesn't work call for service to resolve your issue. Hope this helps.
This sounds like a siphon condition. Remove the drain hose (the thicker black hose from the back of the machine) out of the wall. Now re-insert it back in only 6" going into the drain. When they go in too far, the drain in your house that prevents odors from coming back out of your drain causes a siphon that pulls the water back out when the washer is filling. Make sure to tie the drain hose down with a tie so it does not pop back out when the washer is draining/ spinning.
Suggestions: First see that the exit hose behind your machine is inserted at a particular height, ie about 3 feet above ground level, then into the standpipe in your wall. If things dont work plug off the wall, open up behind, you will see a thin pipe coming down from the pressure switch to the drain area. Disconnect this pipe carefully from the top and blow into it, it should be free. If blocked clear, if broken or damaged change. Refit carefully.
the hose may still be filled from last cycle.
try to put machine in final spin mode where all water from previous wash will be spun out the drain hose. once a siphon is started it can only be stopped by introducing air into the drain hose.
