OK..so we would turn the machine off, drain the tub and sometimes get a few loads out of it before getting the code again. We verified the filter was not clogged. Took the machine apart, pulled the motor and tested the electrical motor for continuity (found video on youtube)...the test with multimeter said good. Put it all back together and first load ran and then OE. No water came out back at all. Clothes Washer Drain Pump Motor Assembly - 4681EA2001D Seems to be the replacement part. Are there any further tests or troubleshooting we can do to verify a bad pump or pump motor. Any way to add power to it on a bench to verify it works. Basically...from taking the machine apart we found no clogs and the impeller spun freely. Hope you can help Allen

Replace the Drain Pump. Its very cheap to replace, so do not worry. The impeller magnet was most likely damaged by a small object or normal wear & tear,
If you want to be sure, first remove it and attach power to its 2 pins.

Just to clarify on the first load that we ran it never drained...not a drop. We got an OE code the first time the machine tried to drain.
i am having the same issue. Have you tried the QC diagnostic test? search for the directions on how to run the diagnostics
