I just bought this new, when i set it up to do a wash and then drying cycle it just keeps doing the wash cycle over and over.. i unplugged it thinking maybe its a tech problem.. that didnt help.. the dryer appears to be working ok as i set it in spin cycle with dryer after it and all worked fine.. so its something to do with the washing..
i plan on phoning the place i got it on monday.. but wondered if it was a simple fix or something..

Suggestion: Possible your outlet filter is blocked; this needs periodic cleaning, depending on your usage. Clean this out and re-fit. Refer to your users' manual re. where the filter is....

I have had the same problem and this has worked in the past:switch off the machine, then unplug it at the mains. Leave it unplugged for about a minute then plug it back in and try again.

Your drain filter is clogged with debris. Usually small items like
dirt, paper, money, and much more. Clean the filter and you should be
set to go.

You have an air flow problem. This usually happens when the exhaust pipe/vent gets clogged. Clean/inspect the vent outlet, the pipe, the inlet, and the filter/lint catcher area.
Improper air flow prevents the moisture from being vented out of the dryer.
