My first Oasis kept getting LF (long fill) errors.. they ordered a part that was on backorder for 3 weeks, so instead Sears replaced the washer with another identical one. I've had the replacement for 4 days and now I get DU (door unlock) error, and the lid will not unlock. I've tried the cancel/stop button and unplugging for a few minutes and then plugging it back up and hitting cancel.. not working. My wet clothes are stuck inside. Any other suggestions before the repairman is called?
Ky, see if you can put the machine in the service mode by doing this: turn the washer on, select any one button except for power, start and stop. press and hold it for 3 seconds--release for 3 seconds--press and hold for 3 seconds--release for 3 seconds--press and hold for 3 seconds....if you entered it correctly all the indicators will light for 5 seconds and 88 will show in the 2 digit display..It will now go into a automatic test cycle. If no faults are found it should unlock the top. This auto test will go through c0 to c9, you will see it in the display. If this all fails, you can access your wash by pushing in the clips on the left and right side front of the washer lid. The whole top will lift up. I would still call for service while it's under warranty. Catriver...post back.
Hi
LF means Long Fill, this error flashes when the water level does not change for a period of time after the valves are turned on OR water has disengaged the basket but control does not detect a water level change. Check whether water supply is connected and turned on. Make sure the hose is not blocked and hose screen is clear. If so make sure pressure hose connection to machine/motor control is fine. Also check the continuity of water inlet valve, use a multimeter to check the continuity. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Cat,
Tried your solution of hold and release for 3 seconds.. and my husband tried.. it won't do it. It just keeps BEEPING and flashing DL. The books says DL will happen when there is weight on TOP of the lid..however, the book is wrong as there was NOTHING on the lid when it gave the error. But yes, a repairman has already been called and will be here tomorrow.
My washer ATC ( auto temperature control ) is keep getting changing the select temperature during the cycle of washing. When the cyle washing is finish, we take the load out, close the door... late ter we heard the machine is still peeping. I just take out the power. What happen with my machine?
Can you explain? How I can fix it.?
