Does anybody know if there are replacement keypads available for these locks?

Problem fixed by having my wife look it up on the Schlage website. The deadbolt has a flash memory so your combinations and codes will not be lost when the batteries are changed.

How can I program my electronic keypad lock when the instructions with the programming code have been lost? The
back plate of the keypad side of the lock on the exterior of the door
has a sticker which includes the serial number, six digit programming

disassembled to a point the exterior of the lock can be pulled away from
the door and the information on the sticker made note of.

I have already contacted Schlage and these parts are not available for purchase. They will repair on a warranty basis but if you're not the original purchaser, you're up the creek for help from them. The rep told me they do not have a part number listed for this circuit board but it has a part number on it but doesn't show up anywhere when I Google it and that is really strange. It's like it doesn't exist. I know they're out there but finding one is evidently going to be difficult.
Thank you, Russell, for that feedback. EBay would be the only other place I could think of to hope to find your keypad. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Update from Schlage. I had commented on their site about no spare parts being available and one of their reps contacted me and says they are going to replace the lock for me. This is a very generous gesture on their part and if it comes thru, will be a great deal for me. However, the problem still remains that there are no parts available for the other people that have this same problem. The locks have a lifetime warranty on the finish and mechanism but the electronics only have a 1 year guarantee. And the electronics is so easy to replace and the two connections have plugs on them so it was meant to be replaced. It may seem cheap on my part but I would hate to throw away a $150 lock because the company refuses to sell a $20 circuit board. And if I had to replace it just after the one year warranty ran out, it would not be with another Schlage. As Coaltowner1 states below, Ebay may be the only place to find one and it will be a scarce listing. Also, if you do find one, make SURE you get the programming codes for it or it will be useless.
The pads are complimentary. They just sent me 6 free of charge . I ordered them friday and had them Monday. from shlag
