Have you taken out the toner yet. Do this and once you check every area as described turn power off to it and leave off for min. Then power back on and push cancel button about 5 times let me know if this works for you. It does for me

Probably a jam sensor is dirty or stuck. Look through the paper path for a stuck plastic sensor arm, or dirt or paper dust on photocell typr sensors.Paper sensors are normally located near where paper feeds, and where it exits the machine. The paper must pass over these sensors as it travels through the machine. If a scrap of paper is left on the sensors, they will report it as a jam. If you can, try manually pushing a sheet of paper through the printer, ONLY in the direction it normally feeds. This may free up a stuck sensor arm, or force out the jammed scrap.

check this out....when the printer reports the jam, open the paper tray very carefully and slowly.
Has the paper moved at all forward? Has it moved like 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch out of the tray?
If so, you probabaly need a torque limiter, no tools, $10 or so and a very very easy fix.
POBCM is very correct when he points out that the block/stop in the back of the tray moves when the tray is closed with too much force and this is the #1 cause most of the time.
You may see a "41.3" code displayed if the block is not up to the back of the paper and the paper is not all the way forward in the trays, and under the two metal clips at the front of the tray.

It appear from here that the exit sensor may be dirty and you can use canned air and blow it out.
You may also be missing the paper out sensor that is located at the bottom of the printer oposite of the paper tray when you pull it out. When the flag arm has fallin out, it will give a false paper jam error when the last sheet has printed from the tray, not knowing or detecting that the tray is now empty.
