How long has this been going on? Has this light fixture been updated recently? Has the lite switch been changed that operates this fixture?

I have minor shutdown problem with mail, won't close or shut down. My ans top left APPLE drop down, force closure, turn of each programme listed. For me works a treat.

Try hard resetting.This restores factory settings on your phone.Be warned though,it will also erase all user data like video images and songs etc.
