My Roper RT14 the freezer is very cold ,the refrigarator is barely cold with the thermosata at the max and water drip into the frig from above any ideas how to resolve the frig problem?
It almost sounds as if your fridge is stuck in a defrost cycle.
The timer for this is often located behind the grill at the bottom and sometimes is constructed with a visible shaft that you can mark to see if it is running at all.
Some units are constructed so that the defrost heater and compressor can't be on together, others are made so thoughtful.
If you don't see a shaft, you might try an old mechanic's trick of using a screwdriver with the tip pressed against the timer housing and the handle pressed firmly behind your ear for bone conduction.
If you hear anything like motor noise during the time the compressor is not on, then the timer is probably OK.
If you hear nothing, then it might have failed.

My Roper RT14 is doing the same thing. The freezer works okay, but the refrigerator is not getting cold - I even turned the thermostat all the way up to 5. The freezer had frost/ice build up on the back wall, We removed the cover over the fan that also included a chute/tube that went down into the refrigerator area. It was plugged up with ice. We removed it, but didn't see much of a change of temperature in the refigeratoer area. In addition, it seems like there is water dripping down through it now.
I have the same thing on my Roper RT14BKXSQ00. This is what I did:
First I unplugged the fridge from the wall.
Then, inside the refrigerator, there is a white plastic cover where the temperature knob is located. I removed the one retaining screw and lowered the cover exposing the switch wiring.
I popped off the white temperature knob and unseated its metal component.
Once it was accessible, on the front right side of it I could see a small adjustment screw inside the component. It is REALLY small, so you will need a small screwdriver.
It said "colder" with an arrow pointing counter clockwise.
So I gave it a few turns and reassembled everything.
I did all of this with the knob turned all the way up. So hopefully it will make it a little bit cooler.
refrigerator is too cold and drips water from underneth freezer
refrigerator continually buzzes, but neither frig or freezer stays cold
