Go to the Sears Parts Direct web site and search for the Planer model number. I got two results, the second one had a link for the manual. Here is a direct link: 351233831 CRAFTSMAN 12 1 2 PLANER MOLDER Manual
It's easier to find parts and manuals with model numbers. On the Dewalt service website (http://servicenet.dewalt.com) they show your motor number is substituted with part number A00903. If you do a parts search on that motor you will see it fits four different Delta planers, all but one has a manual listed under downloads. Find the model closest to your planer.
You are looking at a major disassembly to get at the cutter head bearings, everything is built around the cutter head. The motor drives the cutter head on one end of it and the cutter head drives the rollers at the other end. Most of the components have to be removed to get the cutter head and it's bearings out. You can go to www.ereplacementparts.com and do a search on your model number for a good breakdown of your planner and see what you need to remove to get at the cutter head and it's bearings.
Go to http://servicenet.dewalt.com, put your model number in the search box and you'll be able to view/download the parts breakdown and owner's manual.
It is involved so I recommend going to "dewaltservicenet.com" and under manuals on the left hand side type in your model number and it will redirect you to a page so that you can download the owners manual, it is 17 pages long and the area you need is around pages 10-11 which deals with blade changing. REMEMBER to unplug the tool before starting this. Let me know if you need more assistance
you might want to try Dewaltservicenet.com and you can type in your model number to see if they have manual available. If you still have problems let me know.
