I am on my internet and as I am surfing through various sites like sprint. com and other sites I keep getting a message that says this page cannot be displayed..cannot find server etc. Can you please advise how to resolve. I have internet explorer 6.0 version and I believe its windows xp but I am not the most computer literate or savvy person

First check other sites in your browser. Do they work? Can you surf the internet?
Perhaps you need to update your web browser. I check this out by trying problem pages using a different browser. For instance, if you normally surf using Internet Explorer, try using Firefox. At least this will tell you where to start looking. Perhaps your security settings are too high. One thing I would check for is malware. Scan for viruses and other bad stuff.

This could be possible when you try to surf the website that has been unavailable. There could be mistyped URL too. Make sure to type the exact website in the internet browser. Website might have been down due to problems or not paid to hosting service and was removed or stopped.

When you get the USB device from Sprint, you should have gotten a driver CD. Run the driver CD first, plug in the device when youre prompted to do so, restart the computer if youre asked to, and launch the Sprint connection program. It should establish an internet connection. Once thats done, then launch Internet Explorer and surf the web.
